HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAM

Body Well Session

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. It's an 8-week results-based program meant to meet you where you need it the most whether that be with meal planning, exercise, balancing life and motherhood, learning about the benefits of nutritious food, increasing hydration, destressing, or fitting into that dress. We are here to help you crush your goals!

In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide). You will also participate in two weekly live HIIT workouts meant to challenge you, recharge you and teach you how to exercise without injury.

Come hang out with your Galentines at a "Build Your Own Salad" party! We will sweat first and then you can hang with your favorite mom friends while you meal prep a few salads for the week.

Details:

TIME: 7:30pm-Body Boost (Cardio, strength and core workout)
Body Boost is a mom-only, full body workout consisting of cardio, strength training and core workouts followed by a relaxing meditation. It's fun and fitness in one!

SALAD BAR: 8:15pm

WHAT TO BRING: Bring 3-4 tupperware containers, jars or bins to build your salads as well as one topping of your choice to share with the group.
