Maternity Leave

Are you on maternity leave and looking for a safe, effective workout? Come join us at any of our stroller classes where you can bring your new baby along for the ride!

You are guaranteed a safe, effective workout as well as a chance to chat with other moms.

The maternity leave plan is good for 8 weeks of unlimited classes! Classes meet every day at 9:30am as well as Monday and Wednesday evenings for some mom solo workout time and Sunday mornings. This plan also includes a set of resistance bands!
