Spring into your fitness routine with a night of endorphins and fun- Body Well style !

Experience working out in a small group atmosphere, led by your coach, Nina Field. After class, enjoy a post-workout Body Well treat while you mingle with other mamas currently enrolled, or interested in, the Body Well program and our upcoming Summer Session. Plus, attendees can look forward to exclusive *discounts* and raffle prizes!

What: a free 45-minute HIIT workout followed by a calming meditation that will leave you feeling empowered and refreshed.

Who: This moms-only open house is free to attend for moms new to FIT4MOM, friends of current members, and/or anyone interested in joining our Spring 2024 Body Well session.
